Returns
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must:
• Be unused and in resalable condition
• Include original packaging
• Include proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Before Returning Any Item
Please contact us before sending any return.
Do not send a return to the address shown on the original package and do not return an item directly to a supplier or fulfillment warehouse.
After your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind, order the wrong item, or no longer want the product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in resalable condition, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Claims must include:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue
We may request additional photos or video if needed to process the claim.
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims, we may provide a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Do not return the item unless we specifically provide return instructions.
Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping delays alone do not automatically qualify for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
Order Cancellations
